It is already the end of March, and we are well into the race toward the end of the year. By this time, we are so immersed in crucial day-to-day activities that we barely get time to sit down to eat. Perhaps you slump in front of Netflix in the evening to wind down a bit. And tomorrow, it starts all over again.
After doing research for my article “Love yourself unconditionally with meditation,” I recently started the practice of meditation. And what a valuable experience it turned out to be. I sleep better, feel calmer, and have more energy. But the best part is the increase in awareness. Not only am I more aware of nature and the beauty around me, but I am also more aware of my inner world. Being self-aware enabled me to connect with my inner strength again. That is why this month’s Klaen is all about self-awareness.
