A quick chocolate snack that will tantalise your tastebuds. You only need a few ingredients, a ramekin, and a microwave oven. Spoil yourself with a delicious cake for one (or two if you are willing to share).

You need to gather energy for your countless daily courageous acts. I dare you to fill your cup with this quick chocolate snack!
1 small ripe banana
2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Fresh cream for topping (optional)
Grease two smallish ramekins very well.
Mash the banana until it is smooth and mix with the egg, cocoa powder, and sugar. Blend well.
Divide the batter between the two ramekins.
Bake each separately in the microwave oven for 1+ minutes on high.
Top with whipped cream.

We do not use any flour or milk for this recipe. You can omit the sugar. Instead, use a really sweet banana. Or, replace the sugar with cooking dates.
